The Service

QuoteTerminal is a software as a service tool that helps B2B sales representatives generate professional quotations from raw pricing data. The service is provided by Thomason Labs, LLC.

Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One person per account unless on a team plan

Subscriptions and Payments

  • Free tier: fully functional with usage limits as displayed in the app
  • Paid tiers: Closer ($29/month) and Rainmaker ($49/month) with features as described on the pricing page
  • Annual billing available at a discount
  • Payments processed by Stripe
  • You can cancel anytime through the Manage Plan page. Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid cycle, you retain access until the period ends

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to generate fraudulent or misleading quotations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the AI models or system prompts
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use automated tools to abuse API rate limits
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the service

Intellectual Property

  • Quotes you generate are yours. QuoteTerminal claims no ownership over your output
  • The QuoteTerminal brand, software, and design system are property of Thomason Labs, LLC
  • The QuoteTerminal watermark on free tier quotes may not be removed without a paid subscription

Limitation of Liability

QuoteTerminal is provided as is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of AI extraction, or fitness for a specific purpose. Thomason Labs, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service including but not limited to incorrect pricing, missed deadlines, or lost business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will provide notice before termination except in cases of abuse or fraud.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
